News: More Lightning Thief casting news
The Lightning Thief movie received some major star power. The Hollywood Reporter announced that Pierce Brosnan will play Chiron, Uma Thurman will play Medusa, and Zeus will be played by Sean Bean. Kevin McKidd (Poseidon) and Melina Kanakaredes (Athena) round out the cast announcements.
I love it that some big names have agreed to appear in the film, but honestly, I didn't picture Pierce Brosnan as Chiron or Sean Bean as Zeus.
